Contact + customer journey

  • The main goal is to provide practices and partners with a ready-made framework to adopt. The Contact+ plan includes practice POS, patient leaflets, printed assets, digital and recall assets for a full 360 campaign

  • We aim to increase the percentage split of contact lenses to-turnover across the estate and to have the best-in-class contact lens offering available on the market

  • Alongside our printed assets we have launched a Contact website, which will provide an informational hub for patients and direct traffic through to practice sites who are part of Contact+
