Eyecare plans

Further to those who have been asking for this a guidance document is listed below on eyecare plans including general information on what they are and how they work and different approaches to implementing them.

We have lots of brilliant practices already doing a great job with eyecare plans across HG so we’ve tapped into this insight and knowledge to pull this guidance together.   If you already have an Eyecare Plan solution in place this may well have limited relevance for you but for anyone with no solution or who is just starting out, or even if you have a solution but think it needs a revamp, this information should be a helpful starting point for you.
