To use the mobile application then please visit Playstore(android), or the Appstore(Apple) and search for EcoOnline.

Once uploaded and you have opened the application for the first time you will be asked for the contract ID which is ‘hakimgroup’.  Once you have done this,  please enter your email and password to log-in to the platform.

When we enrolled all the practices to join the HG Health check and Inspection platform the link to set up each password only lasted for 24 hrs.  To resolve this or any other password issue then you can reset your access automatically by following the steps in the video below.
