Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions

The parties to this agreement are:

 

  1. H02 Management Ltd, registered Unit 317 India Mill Business Centre, Darwen. BB3 1AE

 

  1. Any person, association or corporate body referring a candidate to H02 Management Ltd

 

  • Persons’ who are referred must not currently be in contact with Hakim Group in-regards to a position. 

  • Referrals must be made to Hakim Group via the referral form. Any referrals made in any other method may be invalid.

  • Referrals must be a personal contact of yours who has agreed to your recommendation and the sharing of their personal/contact details.

  • Persons’ must be successfully placed in a position and have worked the probationary period before a referral is paid out

  • Upon immediate placement, you will be advised that the person has been placed in a position as a result of your referral and informed of the probation period at this time via the contact details you provided on the referral form. Once the probationary period has passed, your referral will be paid within 30 working days.

  • To qualify for referral, your referred candidate must be placed within 12 months of your initial referral.

  • There is no limit to the amount of people you refer – keep referring to keep earning rewards!

  • H02 Management Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time.

  • Payments are only due on initial placement of your referral – any further placements with the candidate are excluded.

  • The value of any referral fee will be based on the role position - £1000 or equivalent voucher for Optometrists only and £500 for Dispensing Opticians only

  • Referral scheme does not apply to Sharks and HGHQ team members

  • H02 Management Ltd shall not be responsible for the payment of tax, VAT, or any other statutory deductions in relation to any referral fee payable to you

  • H02 Management Ltd reserves the right to alter the Terms & Conditions at any point or terminate the referral scheme

  • In the event of any dispute arising between you and H02 Management Ltd, H02 Management Limited’s decision shall be final

  • By completing and sending the candidate referral form to H02 Management Ltd, you agree to the terms and conditions set out here by H02 Management LTD
