HOW TO ORDER YOUR ASSETS...

In order to make the process as simple as possible, we have created a specific order form.

• Please submit a request and start building your myopia management brand. Click the Jot form below to order directly, once you have reviewed the assets available. If you have not received a confirmation email from one of the team within 2/3 days please call a member of the team.
