I want HG Optix
Please fill out this form if you would like your practice to go live with the HG build of Optix.
After the form has been received by the PMS team you will be contacted by a member of the PMS team, and a member of the ICT team.
The PMS team will arrange for the computers and broadband at the practice to be tested, and will share a Google Drive sheet with you so they can collect information about the practice and team, which will enable them to set-up Optix in time for the practice to go live.
The ICT team will arrange for the network at the practice to be surveyed, and they will arrange any remediation works that are required. Please complete the jot form below and any questions please contact a member of the Operations team on operations@hakimgroup.co.uk
