What is Recall?

Recall is the process of contacting patients to invite them back into practices, by Email, SMS and letters. This is to support patient retention and also to generate new business opportunities targeting additional services that each practice has to offer.

How does it work?

Recalls for practices in Ireland are processed in the practice. The patients are contacated directly through your Optix data base, and are invited back into your practice - the good news is that this is covered by your GDPR policy and processes to ensure that your patients contact preferences are respected.
