Recall - About For UK Practices

What is Recall?


Recall is the process of contacting patients to invite them back into practices, by Email, SMS and letters. This is to support patient retention and also to generate new business opportunities targeting additional services that each practice has to offer.


How does it work?


If HQ looks after your recall services, then we contact patients directly through your Optix data base to invite them back into your practice and the good news is that this is covered by your GDPR policy and processes to ensure that your patients contact preferences are respected.


What are the options for practices?


A practice can choose to manage their own recalls or HG can run them on behalf of the UK practices and Visual Extreme can run them on behalf of the Irish practices.


What are the benefits of recall for the practices?


If HG manages recalls on behalf of the practice then we will ensure that no patient is missed out and that more contact is made with your patient data base to support your business objectives.
