Please note: If you are logging in via the software VPN client, then you will also need your company 3-digit ‘Org code’ - this is HAK for practices on the UK HG build of Optix, and is HKE on the Irish build of Optix. In this case you will also be lead through a 2-factor-authorisation process for added security where a secure access code is sent as an email.
