The Hakim Group have developed a mental health and wellbeing policy to support and maintain the mental health and wellbeing of all team members. It covers the Hakim Group’s commitment to our team members’ health, the responsibilities of sharks/fish and others for promoting good health, health promotion initiatives, communicating and training on health issues, the range of support available for the maintenance of mental health, and The Hakim Group’s commitment to handling individual issues.
