HG Mental Health & Wellbeing policy

The Hakim Group have developed a mental health and wellbeing policy to support and maintain the mental health and wellbeing of all team members. It covers the Hakim Group’s commitment to our team members’ health, the responsibilities of sharks/fish and others for promoting good health, health promotion initiatives, communicating and training on health issues, the range of support available for the maintenance of mental health, and The Hakim Group’s commitment to handling individual issues.

Who is it for?

This policy is for both Practices and HGHQ

The aim of this policy is to describe the Hakim Group’s commitment to the mental health and wellbeing of our team members, explaining how the Hakim Group fulfils not only its legal obligations, but also the responsibilities of different functions and specialists and the range of services available to help our team members maintain their own health and wellbeing.
