What is Simply Health? Simply Health is a cash back health plan where by you can claim money back on certain medical treatments. You simply pay for the treatment, upload your receipt to the Simply Health website and they'll send you the money back up to the value of your plan. What does it cost me? Simply Health is free to everybody employed directly by the Hakim Group and the entitlements reset yearly from the date you joined us. How do I access it? You will be sent an invite email to sign in to the service within 6 weeks of joining. Existing team members will have had an email to sign up to Simply Health in June 2019 as we switched over from our old provider, Health Shield. If you don't have these emails then don't worry, contact payroll@hakimgroup.co.uk who will be able to re-send them. Once you have signed up, you can access your account by singing in to the website at www.simplyhealth.co.uk What's covered? Simply Health cover many aspects of medical treatment such as optician services, dentistry, physiotherapy, GP visits, overnight hospital stays, prescriptions plus more. Sign in to your account to see your full allowance. How do I make a claim? Once you've logged in to your account, follow the instructions on "My Account" to add your bank details that you would like the payments making to. To make a claim, select the "Make a claim" option on the menu. Follow the instructions on the site and your claim will be handled from there with the money being returned to your account within 14 days. You will need photos of your receipts for proof of your treatment along with details of the place you went to and the medical professional you saw. What else does it provide? Simply Health contains a well being section which includes 24/7 access to Councillors and GPs. There is also a discount site to save you money on gym membership, outdoor pursuits, active retailers plus more. Can I add my family? Children under the age of 21 can be added to your account for free. Contact payroll@hakimgroup.co.uk with their full name and date of birth to take advantage of this. What if I have more questions?
