Executive Team
The Executive team is our engine room at HG, which ensures that the rest of HGHQ is running like clockwork to support our practices. Headed up by our leader and CEO – Imran Hakim

A diverse bunch of individuals, with a huge array of skills spanning decades. Everything we do is focused on the growth of the group.

Professional Advancement & Governance Team
Our team supports the practices by providing guidance on how we can keep our patients, team members (including our Sharks) safe and legal whilst overseeing clinical advancement and how people can develop in their roles.

Buying & Supply Team
Out team looks after the buying and supply chain to ensure we have great products available for practices, at brilliant pricing to maximize profitability.

Operations Team
The Operations team provide critical services to help practices perform effectively, which includes support with Optix, Practice operational compliance and policies, whilst providing data security services.

IT Team
We support practices by managing and supporting our infrastructure & systems (including HG email, Office 365, cyber security and internet connectivity). We also work with partners to assist with procurement and installation of IT hardware, facilitate any network cabling requirements, and generally provide IT support when required. Finance Team
The Finance team provide a number of services to each practice that take away some of the heavy lifting of operating a business, allowing the practice team to focus on areas that improve profitability, such as patient growth and retention.

Our main goal in the Property & Facilities team is to ensure that our practices make savings in the easiest way possible. We increase the business’ bottom line by finding the best deals from a range of suppliers.

We’re here to support you and your teams with all people related tasks, including helping you to recruit the best talent using our Talent Acquisition Team, we’re hands on with people administration such as creating new employment contracts, we have expert knowledge in employment law and will advise and guide you with any employee relations issues. And also, employee retention is important to us and we would love to help build the skills and knowledge of your team members through the support from Learning & Development and of course, most importantly we have the Payroll team, who ensure our teams get paid every month on time.

Practice Buddies
Every practice in the group is assigned a practice buddy. It is the practice buddy’s responsibility to look after that practice during the transition period and become the first point of contact for the practice under business as usual.

The Growth Team is the combination of the Digital, Marketing, PR & Production (or AV whatever is preferred) Teams at HG HQ working together to help practices achieve their communication objectives, and can play a vital role in promoting your practice both in a physical sense and online. Our Team works hard to deliver industry leading support to our practices, allowing them to concentrate on delivering the best service to patients.

Marketing serves as the face of your business, coordinating and producing all materials required to represent your practice and products. It is our role to reach out to your patients and the local community. Also looking to create an overarching image that represents your practice in a positive light through PR.

The Digital Team at HQ aren't just around to support your practice website, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the individual needs of every practice in the group. Our goal as a team is to assist you in connection with patients for your practice through: Website design, Search engine optimisation (SEO), Social media & Digital marketing.

AV Team
The production team here at HG are responsible for the videography and photography here at HG. Our primarily focus is travelling to our independent practices to capture images and video for the practice, to be used on the websites, social media and digital advertising. The practice videos are great way to communicate about our practices to a broader audience and the shorter clips are a great way to bring websites and marketing assets to life.
