How I support the Practices

I am responsible for leading the people team (HR in old money!) You can hold me accountable for the People Team delivering an excellent service to you and your teams, whether that is for HR guidance, recruitment support & of course for paying you accurately and on time! I welcome feedback and will always aim to deliver on my promises.

A fact about me that is not work related
Vanilla is my favourite ice-cream flavour (unless rum & raison is available) but honestly, I'm that boring!! my obsession outside of work is my family, I’m married with two daughters, Erin & Grace and we have a cockapoo called Milo, who is a very spoiled dog!

I manage the various aspects of HR and Recruitment.

How is support the practices.....

I work with the rest of the payroll team to process and submit practices’ payroll, on time, each month.

A fact about me that’s no work related........

I grew up on a farm, so I am very clued up on milking cows and chicken husbandry. However, I quickly realise that the early mornings were not for me, so here I am doing payroll! In my spare time I take my dog Paddy on lots of walks.

I’m Jumanah, People Services and Payroll Administrator at HGHQ!

I answer all general HR queries and assist with payroll when needed.

I love food! My new years resolution for this year is to be a sushi master!

How I support the practices..................... 

I am passionate about payroll and keep my self up-to-date with payroll legislation. I support the practice by collecting, processing and reporting payroll related information to third parties and HMRC. I’m keen to improve processes to ensure the department delivers a high standard work.

A fact about me that is not work related........ 

I love cooking, watching documentaries, holidays and of course I love numbers and therefore Payroll!

I work in the payroll department assisting the practices in the monthly payroll processing and sending information to HMRC and third parties as required.
